Acoustickle MCR Launches at Band on the Wall:


This Thursday, our Manchester adventure kicks off (months ahead of schedule). An artist call out with Band on the Wall brought SO many exceptional local artists to our attention that we’re launching early.


KITTY, Lydia Prettyman, Kikè, Jess Edie are the soulful main course, with our fave Mancunian DJ Rick Donohue the starter and dessert + a special appearance from Unxqly Dan 🌹

Our 15th Birthday:


Can’t quite believe it but we’re 15 years old this Spring. Our birthday free party in Nottingham will be at New Art Exchange’s YOUnique Festival.



Friday 15th March, we have some of your fave RNB, soul, Afrobeats, dancehall and hip hop acts: Alex Mighten, Tracy Luvv, Lyvia, Megs, Garton, DJ Just Jai + a new Notts CYF artist, Chava. RSVP for free here.



DAUDI album launch at Metronome Notts:


The King of Misery is out now, and we’re blessed to support this launch event at Metronome for Daudi’s debut album.


Gilles Peterson was happy to receive his signed copy, so come get yours!


FUN FACT: Daudi’s first solo & Notts performance was at Acoustickle, circa 2013

(we can’t exactly remember).








Acoustickle MCR at BOTW, May 2nd





Acoustickle MCR will continue with part 2, Thursday 2nd May, our original launch date!


The line up again is full of soulful, jazzy and uniquely gifted musicians from Manchester, plus Nottingham acts too.
